About Glenn Thomas:

Glenn Thomas writes songs that cut straight to his truths. By putting his life and the human condition under the microscope, Glenn’s songs articulately observe the big questions with small details. Raised in a small New England town, Glenn writes with careful attention to his understanding of himself and the seasonality of life.

Glenn’s songs have been praised by press and songwriting veterans alike and have led him to perform across the country with national acts such as Langhorne Slim, The Barr Brothers, Blitzen Trapper, Eve6, Watsky, Rubblebucket, and many others. With the alternative-rock outfit he fronts, Wild Sun, his music has been featured in Rolling Stone, Billboard, Spin, and Entertainment Weekly, as well as a cover of Elliott Smith’s “Easy Way Out” on the nationally acclaimed “Say Yes! A Tribute to Elliott Smith” album featuring J. Mascis, Julien Baker, and Amanda Palmer.

His new LP Reassure Me There's A Window, produced by Jordan Lehning in Nashville, was released on May 15, 2020 via Palace Flophouse Records to praise from Billboard, PopMatters, The Bluegrass Situation and more. On August 7th, 2020 Glenn released a cover of The Grateful Dead’s “Black Muddy River” that has been featured on SiriusXM.  Thomas released his latest single “Whale Song” on December 2, 2021.

He will be joined at The Knickerbocker by his band.

About Wild Sun:

Rhode Island’s power trio Wild Sun brings passionate energy to poignantly crafted songs. After working with producer Bryce Goggin (Pavement, Phish), the band quickly earned a long stay on the College Radio Charts with their debut album Little Truths. Following a constant touring schedule around New England, and official showcases at the famed CMJ Festival in New York City, the band released their followup EP Rigby, and second full-length album Closed Door Talks. Wild Sun took a hiatus in 2018, and this will be their first live show back. The band will return to the studio later this year.
