"New England Women" is the first single from Avi's forthcoming album Naked. It is a song about a love powerful enough to make life beautiful even against the backdrop of a capitalist hellscape, with lyrics harkening back to early American industry. Combining folk with the feel of classic American in the vein of Ray Lamontagne or Chris Stapleton, Avi is inspired by the history of his native New England, his loved ones, and the current state of the world. "New England Women" was recorded/mixed/mastered by Andrew Oedel at Ghost Hit Studios and prominently features Ben Cosgrove on keys and Brooklyn-based trio ALMA on vocal harmony.
