Olivia Charlotte is Rhode Island's folk goddess. Her vocal style is unique and haunting, with a sorrowful but hopeful tone. Lucas Neil is an accomplished singer/songwriter from New York who landed in Rhode Island and has since been building a grassroots following with his intimate and poetic live performances.
